At Kryxelonphon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Fivecoria. This Refund Policy outlines your rights to return products and receive refunds, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws including EU Consumer Rights Directive and Irish consumer law.

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not additional costs if you chose a delivery option other than standard delivery).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • With all seals and protective packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

3.2 Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons related to dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products except in cases of:

  • Defective products
  • Products that do not match the description
  • Damaged products received

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage.

3.3 Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
